Clients coming for pet food, prescriptions, or other items must call ahead so we may have it ready. Please call to let us know you are here and remain in your car. Payment will be made by credit card over the phone or if paying by check you will write the check while in your car and the prescription or food will be brought to you.
All patients will be picked up from the client's vehicles by a clinic employee in personal protective equipment. We will then call you once your pet is being examined and have a phone conversation to discuss your pet’s visit with the veterinary technician and veterinarian.
If services beyond routine care are needed, we will discuss the options and plans of treatment. At the end of the visit we will take care of payment either over the phone via credit/debit card or by check. The patient will then be brought back to your vehicle by clinic personnel. We ask that you stay nearby, with your phone ready, to help communication and avoid delays with your pet’s visit.
End of life concerns, such as euthanasia, will be discussed on a case by case basis. If you have specific concerns please call and we will assist you.
We want to make sure that we can continue to be open from now on and to do that we need to make sure that we minimize the risk of exposure to our staff as well as our clients. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these unprecedented times.
If you or someone in your family is sick or has been for the last 14 days, please have someone else bring your pet or postpone scheduling if possible.
