​Cancellation Policy Effective 5/25/2023
Due to large volumes of calls, patients are often waiting 3-4 weeks for appointments.
Regrettably, we can no longer afford to reserve appointment times for persons who are not committed or who are not responsible enough to keep appointment times set aside for them.

Clients will be billed a "no show" fee of $50.00 per pet for appointments not canceled more than 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival time. Surgery appointments must be canceled 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival time.

Clients who are new to the practice will be asked to provide a credit card number and will be billed a non-refundable $50.00 reservation fee per pet scheduled.
Clients wishing to schedule a surgical procedure will be required to pay a  $100.00 non- refundable surgical reservation fee per pet scheduled. At the end of the scheduled visit, these fees will be applied to the cost of the services provided.

Clients who have two or more "no show" fees will be asked to find another provider for veterinary services.
